Socrates T Songlists
About the lists below- sometimes it can be difficult to classify a song. Sometimes i know a lot of songs by an individual artist, so the category, for instance, assorted R+B/soul, can end up looking small, when in fact i know a lot of R+B.
When you know hundreds of songs like i do, sometimes you haven’t played any given one in a while. If there are songs on this list that you know you will want to hear, tell me so that i can brush it up. The truth is, i can actually “fake” my way through a lot more songs than are on this list. I know so many songs, sometimes it’s hard to remember what i know.
Also, if there’s an artist you particularly like, get me a CD of some of your favorites, and if it’s something that is in my stylistic range, i just might be able to learn a few (3-4) songs just for your event.
